Thank you for the report.
As soon as you left Samuel unattended he had a chance to walk of, without breaking fear rp. That part was fine as you acknowledged yourself. Once you reestablished fear rp, almost all orders were followed, even though the order to face the car was (as it appears deliberatly) missunderstood and initially not followed.
As there have only been about 3-4 seconds of Samuel not complying (without an attempt to run off, fight or start other malicious actions). Ill leave it at a informal warning and conclude this report as approved.
you should now better then this. Although no malicious action has been taking place except this fairly minor disobedience. Fear-RP remains a strict rule you need to follow, even if you dislike the circumstances under which it is applied.
For future refrence please comply with such orders in a logical manner rather then a literal one.
For further reference: the other PR related to this incident (PR 26092) was concluded with a ooc blacklist.
