Summary: Surprises happen, this is the second incidence of this in a day. josee.leblond77 is not here to roleplay really, they're just here to mess around while ruining other peoples rp experiences. The evidence below provides an insight into the amount of rules they broke. I do not believe this player spoke any English too, seeming as Pcoman and I attempted to talk to them, with no obvious response.
The evidence shows the following:

Picture 1) This shows the individual prop surfing in front of me only to injure themselves.

Picture 2) Backs up the ending of Picture 1, this is after they injured themselves prop surfing, they never removed the prop they used to surf.

Picture 3) Shows the individual punching a police officer while under FearRP from the Officers' tazer and a P90 from Pcoman (who's shoes can be seen on the far left of the image.

Picture 4) Shows the individual attempting to prop kill me using a prop, he also attempted to prop kill Pcoman.

Picture 5) The individual then proceeded to prop slam Pcoman's car as can be seen, using the same prop. He also slammed it down Main Street and they also prop slammed the van of "Bruh" who then ran him over to prevent it continuing (Or he may have run him over on accident, I'm not sure).

In conclusion, I believe the evidence provided shows that they were not here to roleplay.

I was present during one of this dude's rampages today.

Personally, I feel you should investigate this matter with some detail.  He knew to specifically use chairs/vehicles to cause actual damage to players.  Normally, these kinds of people use normal props or breakable props, depending on their experience with mitigating prop protection.  This guy's selection of pods makes me feel like he's a frequent flyer (aka an alt of someone who's main account has been here or on a similar cityRP server before).

Player will receive 5-hours of PTE for prop pushing.
