Summary: This player was revenge rdm'ing me and my friends. I had detained him as the president for multiple offenses of assault, racism and other minor offenses but because of the quantity this resulted to his detainment. Further along the line he became gun dealer and self supplied to give himself weapons to revenge kill civilians and the police force!

I also saw this as well as this he was also saying constant out of character insults and just overall being toxic.
