Description: SWAT Sergeant/Unit and Police Oficer can't see other PD Members on ID Terminal, but they can see President.

Steps to Reproduce: Become SWAT SGT/Unit or Police Officer and check ID terminal.

Police can only see the chief, themselves and the president.
SWAT can only president and other SWAT.
