Why should you be unblacklisted?:  I only killed the officer as I thought it was a justified approach as when he started following me he was looking suspicious and when he came to randomly pull me over I started driving away and he proceeded to shoot a flare at me im not sure if he was trying to shoot me with his gun but accidentally shot a flare so I stayed low for a while and when I found him he was shooting at two other guys so I took the chance to kill him.
Note: I thought I already changed my job name but I forgot it resets when you change jobs from the menu hence why it still said citizen.

When I pulled you to the roof i asked why you shot the cop and you gave me the clear awnser of 

"he pulled me over" which has never been a good enough reason in itself to shoot an officer. 

You weren't defending anyone, you were avenging their deaths it is not what citizens do.
