Why should you be unblacklisted?: For 78527 and 78529: User I was cuffing broke fearRP while I had my cuffs out (Keep in mind this user was also a cop at the time), and when he was running away I had to take my shotgun out because it was unknown if such cop who was breaking fearRP was an actual threat or not because again, user who broke fearRP and was being arrested was a cop, and so I saw something that resembled a gun so I shot at him, intending to injure him only, not kill him, given that if I had a Taser out and suspect at the time had a gun I'd get the "You cannot tase an armed player" error and obviously killed
For 78528: I don't see the purpose of being taken away SSA and SWAT since for SWAT 1.) My membership is no longer active  (donation one if someone asks) and 2.) Event didn't occur while I was SWAT nor SSA

The person you attempted to arrest did run away from you while you tried to restrain him and it is in situations like this the taser should've been used. 

The person you attempted to restrain was your cheif, it makes little sense that he would pull his gun and shoot you for trying to restrain him, and he didnt, he only pulled his gun after you opend fire on him

" I shot to injure not to kill " when you blast someone with a shotgun and there aren't paramedics on, you shoot to kill, and I don't know what you were trying to accomplish by injuring him with lethal force when there is no way for you to revive him, a shotgun is a powerfull lethal force, and should always be treated as such.

As for the SWAT/SSA access, Not quite sure what ran through my thinking it was a good idea, so i'll remove that one as you're absolutley right but, your weapons and police officer blacklist will remain as is.
