this and tried restarting the game and I still can't join.

Unsubscribe from the map in your addons from the menu then let the server download it when you join.

You can also download https://www.mediafire.com/file/9a2dmu95f...1.bsp/file if you want to and place it in your maps folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps
