Climate Change
Medium priority. Environmental protection is high priority and requires the utmost attention whereas climate change needs some but not too much attention as it is a natural occurrence yet requires some minimisation of greenhouse gas emissions.

Taxes
Keeping taxes constant and low to let the people have maximum control over their money.

Healthcare
Universal Healthcare will be instated just as in the UK but will be controlled and funded correctly as to make sure everyone has the same treatment and it is to the highest efficiency at all times.

Education
Education would require a complete turn around to cater to the children's need for proper and modern education instead of the industrial era style one we have now. It will ensure all children have the same right to be education on important life topics such as taxes, house ownership, working as well as the usual schooling topics too.

Homelessness and Welfare
Promoting equality is important as homelessness is an issue that will be treated with much care as these people deserve to have a life as everyone else. Welfare will not be given out easily and will require you to prove why you need it and it must be a valid reason e.g. disabled to prevented to work. This is to decrease laziness and increase the spending on people who actually need the money. This may help with saving money too.

State Spending
Any spending toward foreign aid will be stopped and the money will be used elsewhere to prevent useless loss of it. Allocation to the job industry and the education sector will be increased in hopes of improving them whereas in other areas it will be closely looked at and will be decided upon depending on if it will increase or decrease the current economy. This will help preserve it and prevent and more loss and hopefully cause an increase.

Abortion
Abortion will be completely illegal under any circumstances. Birth control/contraceptions will be illegal as long as they are not used after one is pregnant.

Gun Control
Rifles are completely illegal and only some pistols will be allowed to use for self defence. Illegal to use them without good enough reason and only can be open carried on private property; everywhere else must be concealed or non at all. Weapon checks will be regular in the streets so people are more safe and must require passes to own them.

Drugs (inc. Marijuana)
All controlled substances will remain illegal.

Climate Change
I certainly believe in global climate change, but while regulations and standards can provide some certainty about emission levels, they may not encourage innovations and more advanced technologies.

Therefore, I am strongly against a cap-and-trade system as this would hike prices on consumers, hitting hardworking families the hardest. That would essentially be a tax on energy, and as Conservatives we are striving to keep Idaho's utility costs the lowest across America.

Instead, I propose a “broad-based” tax on carbon emissions that would be offset by reductions to the state’s income tax. This would disincentivize the use of carbon-based energy sources and would go a long way to decreasing Idaho's carbon footprint.

Taxes
I will advocate for lower state and local taxes. High taxes are a burden on businesses, families, and individuals. Tax reductions can be achieved by cutting spending on every level and lower taxes will result in increased revenue to the government as the private sector will thrive.

I will push for a predictable, fair, and balanced tax system and promote transparency by allowing the public to view government expenditures, contracts, and audits online.

I will ensure that Idaho Citizens will not be taxed for federally mandated health care. Additionally, I will push for the abolition of inheritance taxes. Any municipal laws that put public money into special projects or strive to make government entities compete against the private sector without the approval of the taxpayer should be revoked.

Healthcare
I support a private enterprise health care delivery system that provides cost-effective, quality health care with minimal government regulation.

Socialised medicine and government mandated health insurance are burdens on society, and so I will oppose them on the strictest level. The primary responsibility for the health and welfare of Idahoans resides with the individual and their families and I support the freedom of choice and personal responsibility in all medical decisions, including providers and treatments.

I will ensure the administration protects the right to conscience of all persons and legal entities, issuing protection under Idaho law if they conscientiously object to participate in practices that conflict with their moral or religious beliefs.

Education
I believe that successful education is a joint responsibility of the individual, the family, and the community. The most effective, responsible and responsive educational system is that system closest to the people. In order for public education to be successful, schools and families should work together with mutual respect and cooperation.

All public school students are entitled to support, and to fair and equitable funding. However,  more government spending does not necessarily generate improved schools. I will call for responsible management, focused goals and direction, and increased accountability from our public school system.

School administrators and officials should not infringe on Idaho school students’ and staff’s 1st Amendment rights to pray and engage in religious speech, individually or in groups, on school property without government interference.

Homelessness and Welfare
As a former housing secretary, I have the experience and skills needed to tackle this crisis and I have worked hard in the previous administration to delegate the necessary state resources.

I will ease restrictions placed on how Medicaid money is used to allow for more of the federal dollars to be spent on community-based mental health care clinics. Analysts suggest this would leverage $10 million in state resources to create 4,000 new shelter beds and another 4,000 permanent supportive-housing beds by 2023.

If elected, my administration will work hard to fast-track the construction of thousands of new housing units and turn vacant state property into entry-level housing. We will give rental help to low-income families through the establishment of a $50 million rental assistance fund.

I plan to incentivize private developers to generate more development of affordable housing. Additionally, I will bolster the state programs that I formulated under my tenure as secretary to help provide job skills training for those who were recently homeless.

State Spending
My administration will promote zero-based budgeting and other appropriate budgeting techniques. Growth can be attained in a sound, responsible manner by holding taxes down, granting business incentives, and refusing to grant excessive demands for increased spending.

As Governor, I will ensure that the State of Idaho continues to request funding and assistance from the Federal Government which complies with the Constitutional provision of the 10th Amendment and we will resist the withholding of federal funds as a means of forced compliance with the unconstitutional federal mandates and laws.

By ensuring we receive what is rightly owed to us by the federal government, we can lower income, corporate and property taxes. Through lower taxes, we can allow growth in the private sector, resulting in a larger boost to state income.

Abortion
I believe that abortions should only be conducted with serious medical reasoning supporting it or in cases of rape. I understand the sanctity of life from conception to natural death, and for the rights of the unborn child. We will oppose abortion based on sex selection, convenience, or as a method of birth control.

My administration will strongly encourage adoption as an alternative to abortion and support legislation that expands opportunities and provides assistance to the adoptive process.

Partial birth abortion is an abhorrent method of abortion and we support the outlawing of this practice. Federal and state taxes should not go towards funding abortions.

Gun Control
I support the right of the individual to keep and bear arms, as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and article one section eleven of the Idaho State Constitution.

My administration will call for more enforcement of current laws against violent criminals, not more “gun control” aimed at law-abiding citizens.

Drugs (inc. Marijuana)
I recognize the dreadful consequences of drug and substance abuse in our society, and I will call for the refocus of efforts to discourage drug use and rehabilitate drug users.

Rather than simply throwing money at the problem, my administration will encourage all Idaho citizens, and their religious, civic, and community organizations, to be actively engaged in this effort. We will support creative alternative sentencing, such as drug courts, and treatment for nonviolent drug offenders.

I support the legalization and appropriate regulation of marijuana to ensure its safe use and distribution.

Climate Change
Idaho will declare a climate emergency, and will commit to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. We will adopt a new building code that will make buildings greener and more energy efficient, and we will aim to recycle at the very least 95% of all plastic waste.

Taxes
The Liberals will lower income taxes. We will aim to reduce taxes on the individual, however also aim to make Idaho attractive for businesses, which in turn will contribute to the economy and in-turn ensure people are better off.

Healthcare
Whilst maintaining the status quo (it would be too costly and inefficient to take over all of the state's healthcare and make it public), we will work towards ensuring better healthcare insurance coverage for state citizens, we will work towards reducing costs, and we will work towards better healthcare coordination statewide. We also aim to upgrade hospitals in a number of locations, such as Truenorth, which will bring our state's healthcare system into the 21st century.

Education
We will focus on quality of education, whilst working to increase efficiency of the system to ensure that every dollar is well-spent. Gone are the times where we throw money at an issue until it stops - we will instead ensure that we are able to use each and every dollar efficiently and effectively, doing more with less.

Homelessness and Welfare
Of the opinion that government handouts will lead to over-reliance on the government, we will limit welfare and handouts and work with those in need on practical programs designed to help them gain skills and find work in order to earn for themselves.

State Spending
The state spends far too much. We will aim at trimming the budget, and increasing efficiency where we can. No more can we afford to throw money at issues until they stop, we must instead take careful and calculated approaches.

Abortion
We support women's choice in abortions, and will fight any legislation that impairs this.

Gun Control
We support the Second Amendment and citizen's rights to bear arms. We shall not infringe on these rights and will move to ensure that open-carry rights are sufficiently protected. We will maintain Idaho's status as a shall-issue state, and will liaise with local sheriff's departments to ensure that this occurs.

Drugs (inc. Marijuana)
We support the legalisation and commercial regulation of marijuana. We will move to lower punishments for personal amounts of other drugs, such as fines for small amounts, and a prohibition of prison time for possession of small amounts of drugs.

Climate Change
1: The NSPI does not support any kind of restrictions or regulations for businesses. Other countries are responsible for the drastic climate change, so they have to fix it aswell (China, India). Those restrictions would lead to bankruptcy of many businesses here.

2: The NSPI does support pollution ordinance for specific industrial facilities in order not to pollute our beautiful soil.

3: The NSPI does not support any incentives for "green energy", but we do support a specific kind of energy which does not harm the environment: Nuclear power plants. We do not support incentives for electric vehicles.

Taxes
1: Low earners and normal earners will not be burdened with further taxes. Persons with a high salary will be taxed more heavily.
2: Banks will be taxed more heavily. Big banks will also have to pay an additional tax.
3: Fuel duties will not come up under any circumstances.
4: A social tax will added to help poor people. This social tax will be payed by the upper strata.

Healthcare
Every citizen receives health insurance administered by the state. This is paid by a small monthly contribution which is automatically deducted from the salary.

The state pays the costs of people who, due to their financial situation, are unable to pay for this health insurance.

Hospital visits and medical operations are covered by the insurance. If too high costs arise, the state helps out to guarantee a medical care for every citizen.

Hospitals are brought under state administration to avoid usury. These hospitals are not gaining any profit. They pursue a +/- 0% system. All costs etc are covered under this system.

Education
Teachers will be seen as state authorities. They will receive a fixed salary per month depending on which school system they work in.

The school system will be modernized.
There will be a primary school, which goes from grade 1 to 5.
Then there are 3 options, depending on the student's performance.

Secondary School 1 - S1 is for students who are not doing well. The students are helped during school time, the Nivea is mediocre. Grade 6-9.

Secondary School 2 - S2 is for students who perform normally or well. Grade 6-10.

Secondary School 3 - S3 is for students who are very good. The students receive a special certificate after graduation. Grade 6-12.

Note: Students from the S2, who have done particularly well, can switch to the S3 after class 10.
Note 2: The certificate from S3 allows visiting universities and permission to study.
Note 3: Without the certificate, students are not allowed to study or visit universities. This is to avoid a waste of money as the the costs which appear during studying are covered by the state.

Homelessness and Welfare
The government will create equal opportunities through the tax system.
Homeless people are brought into state custody. Here, the state supports them in their search for work and a place to stay. They also receive financial support. If these people refuse to look for a job, any incentives will cease.

National Socialism leaves no one behind.

State Spending
Idaho will have more money available through our planned tax reformation (Issue "Taxes"). It will also gain enough money in order to carry out projects and reformation planned by the NSPI. We take the reformations of the Third Reich during its first years as an example.

Abortion
Abortion is illegal and remains illegal. It may only be carried out if the mother's life is seriously endangered or if the children will be born with (severe) disabilities.

Gun Control
The NSPI seeks complete confiscation of any weapons. The state and especially TrueNorth are in a crisis of violence. Weapons and African-American gangs are the main cause here, so why not remove at least one of the causes directly.

Drugs (inc. Marijuana)
The NSPI seeks a complete ban on any drug. Drug offenses are answered with severe retaliation.

Climate Change
Increased infrastructure for electric cars. Heavy taxes on the oil industry. Greener energy sources, especially hydroelectric power. Subsidising electric car projects.

Taxes
Higher taxes for the rich. Cutting off tax-havens like the Cayman Islands. Increased corporation taxes on large corporations with high employee counts whilst cutting taxes on small, independent businesses.

Healthcare
Universal Healthcare. Privatised healthcare will still be legal however not encouraged. Pharmaceutical companies will be forced to take a fair price for sale of vital drugs, and may not charge more than a 60% markup.

Education
Education will cover more basic life skills than arbitrary mathematics like Quadratics, and computing will become a primary subject, due to its prevalence in the modern economy.

Teachers will be paid more, and will be properly vetted for suitability to teach from how far they qualify to each school rather than statistics on paper. For example a teacher that is particularly good at dealing with special needs children may be more likely to be accepted in a special needs school, rather than whoever asks first.

Homelessness and Welfare
Semi-Permanent living hostels will be set up, which will provide an address for people to receive a paycheck until they can afford to either rent a flat or buy a cheap house.

For vulnerable people, specialist communities will be set up, where they can easily gain support for their needs through on-site councillors and local businesses set up to employ "difficult" employees.

The minimum wage will be raised from $15/h to $20/h, to accommodate for the higher costs of living in the modern day. As such, the standard for a government handout will also be lowered from $958 per month to $800 per month, as many who are on under $800 a month are considered living in poverty by many humanitarian organisations.

State Spending
One main issue would be the contractors used. Many government bodies before have been paid a healthy chunk of money for picking a certain government contractor. For example many of the contracts we have for police firearms suppliers are double the price of the average supplier, and considering how heavily armed our police force actually is, we could benefit heavily from simply halving the costs of weapons alone.

The same goes for our fire services. We pay $1000 per livery on each of our fire service vehicles, and we could be paying $750. The level of lobbying from contractors to fund many a governor's pension has severely damaged our treasury and as a result we have poor contracts.

The Labour Party also intend to start cracking down upon loopholes in the tax system, and are vehemently against any form of lobbying.

Abortion
Legal abortion if the child is either:
-Unwanted and will have a poor quality of life
-Going to have severe disabilities from birth which the parents cannot cater for
-The result of rape and/or incest
-Will kill the mother
Birth control will be accessible to people of all ages, and pharmacies will be encouraged to sell such products for low prices.

Gun Control
Increased control of concealed carry firearms, especially pistols and shortened shotguns. Legal open-carry of semi-automatic and bolt-action rifles, with a limit of possession of 200 rounds for each.

Drugs (inc. Marijuana)
The legalisation of medical marijuana is a high priority when it comes to our drugs policy. Whilst medicinal marijuana will certainly carry benefits for those who suffer from Parkinson's Disease and the likes, recreational marijuana would be legalised but heavily restricted.

Restrictions would include:
-A heavy tax on sales, similar to that of cigarettes
-A $1000 licence to be able to sell marijuana
-A limit on THC content
-The full illegalisation of "Skunk" type marijuana

Other drugs which are currently illegal would remain as such, however punishments for possession would be focussed on rehabilitation rather than deterrence. Jail times would be replaced with rehabilitation centres, supply would be punishable with unpaid labour and education of the effects on others.

Climate Change
Taxes and environmental regulations are bad for businesses and do not help curb this issue in the long run. Instead, we need to work together with individuals and businesses to roll out a plan which does not damage the livelihoods of hardworking Idahoans.

If elected, I will work to ensure utility costs in Idaho remain the lowest in the country. Additionally, I will focus my efforts on a long-term plan of reducing plastic waste through good business practice and working with citizens to promote gradual, get effective change.

Taxes
High taxation is damaging to businesses, families and individuals. I will advocate for a reduction in spending and the effective delegation of public funds, allowing for the loweing of taxation across the board. In this way, we can see businesses thrive, allow Idahoans to keep more of their money, and bring in new revenue to government.

I support Senator Kirkman in his efforts to push for a predictable, fair, and balanced tax system and promote transparency by allowing the public to view government expenditures, contracts, and audits online.

Healthcare
Healthcare will remain private, socialism is not an Idahoan value and is a threat to our way of life. Government regulation must be minimal to allow a smooth functioning of the industry, allowing for Idahoans to receive healthcare that is worth every penny.

Furthermore, I will push for the freedom of individuals to select their own healthcare and insurance provider. Eliminating regulations that contradict such rightfully owed freedom will push insurance premiums lower and lower, allowing Idahoans to keep more of their own money.

Education
An education system is most effective when it is a system that is accountable to the people it serves. We will give the individual, the family, and the community a joint responsibility in the running of an education system that works for everyone.

Through better management, less bureaucracy, and paying attention to the needs of those for w this system was created for, we can reform education to be more efficient without spending another dime.

Homelessness and Welfare
A house is a home for the family, where Idahoan values flourish. Therefore, I firmly place the housing crisis at the top of my priorities. I will advocate for the construction of new housing, and the conversion of unneeded and unused state property to entry-level housing - allowing everyone the fair opportunity to get on the property ladder.

I support Senator Kirkman in his idea for the establishment of a rental assistance fund to support low-income families, as well for the incentivisation of private development for affordable housing.

State Spending
As President Reagan rightfully said: "The problem is not that people are taxed too little, the problem is that government spends too much."

I will push for the justification of every penny of expenses on the budget, and for the balancing of each budget. By keeping taxes low, Idahoans of all backgrounds will have more of their hard earned money available to inject into the state economy, strengthening it as well as invigorating local business.

Abortion
Whilst there are certain cases where abortion may be permitted, for example a serious concern for the health of the mother, the right to life is one that is afforded to all human beings. Under no circumstances will I stand for abortion based on sex selection or disabilities, that is eugenics and that was an abominable part of history. I will support the expansion of opportunities and assistance to the adoptive process, encouraging adoption as an alternative to abortion.

Gun Control
The right to bear arms is one afforded to every citizen of this country per the Constitution, and this is further affirmed for all citizens of this great state through our own constitution. As a Conservative, I will protect your right to gun ownership so that you can adequately defend yourself and your family from harm. Remember, without the second amendment you cannot protect the first. When gun regulations start creeping in, they become stricter and stricter - all in contrast to the freedom that the great soldiers of this nation fought and still fight for. I will stand up for this freedom.

Drugs (inc. Marijuana)
New efforts to discourage drug use and rehabilitate users is needed, and this can only be achieved through dialogue with individuals and the community. Alternative sentencing will be supported. Additionally, I will support the legalisation and appropriate regulation of marijuana to ensure its safe use and distribution.

Climate Change
A Climate Emergency will exist within the State of Idaho, and the Liberal Party will commit to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Environmental Regulations will exist for Business, but require a larger panel of discussion before policy is implemented.

Taxes
Liberals will institute a program of tax cuts, reliefs and breaks which will make taxes paid by each individual lower overall. Liberals will attract businesses to Idaho with tax cuts and reliefs, which in turn will contribute to the economy greatly.

Healthcare
Better access to healthcare. Reduction in healthcare costs through greater efficiency and use of technology.
Better healthcare coordination is required, for new threats and incidents. Liberals will work in tandem with the private sector to introduce new hospitals in rural areas, and upgrade hospitals that are lacking in infrastructure, at little extra cost to the state.

Education
The Liberals are committed to making schools safer places. We will liaise with local governments and police forces to help ensure security of our schools, and to provide campus officers to schools/clusters where they are needed.
We will aim to review and increase the quality of education given in our state's schools.
We aim to increase efficiency of the state education system, thus reducing costs, and also increase use of technology which will also reduce costs.

Homelessness and Welfare
We aim to take a practical approach to homelessness, equipping homeless and otherwise unemployed persons with the skills that they need to work, this ensures they will eventually get work and hopefully lower the poverty, to which we are 28th in the Poverty Rate by State (WelfareInfo.org).
We aim to reduce government handouts overall, ensuring that those who need our help the most get it, but aiming to cut down on government reliance, encouraging as many people as possible to move on from using the welfare state.

State Spending
Liberals will reduce state spending in all areas currently possible, and will institute programs to do more with less.
Liberals will reduce government handouts, both to persons and to the private sector.

Abortion
I believe that the state shouldn't decide, it it up to the Person. I'd prefer a mother decide what is best for her child, even if it is at rest, instead of being born into a life where is wasn't wanted (ie Rape) or to be afforded, or into a lower quality of life than a planned pregnancy. The Official Policy on Abortion of The Liberal Party of the State of Idaho is Pro-Choice, to which I firmly uphold.

Gun Control
Liberals seek to strengthen open-carry laws and ensure that this vital right is protected for all to enjoy.
Liberals will continue Idaho's status as a shall-issue concealed carry state. I personally believe that the vetting system should be strengthened, so that weapons do not get in the hands of those who wish to do harm. Gun Culture is massive here however, and destroying that, is disrespecting the Constitution of the United States of America, therefore I believe that greater regulation is required for a Homeland Security/Public Safety Concern, otherwise, people will own guns because it really is a culture that I am proud of, but it does kill people and we must make sure that it is minimized as much as possibly within the State.

Drugs (inc. Marijuana)
Liberals will legalize regulated, commercial marijuana production and consumption, which will bring a great income to the state.
Liberals will seek to lower penalties for those caught with personal amounts of other drugs, and seek to eliminate prison sentences for personal amounts of other drugs.
