I think he didnt respond cause you didnt have the radio on as shown on the evidence

Oh, I thought my radio was on.
My voiceradio was off yes. I could read what he told me but he couldnt hear me replying

This is an in-character matter that could have been dealt with at the time, there's no need for a PR. Whilst I agree that there's elements to this that seem sketchy, it could have been very easily cleared up with a quick conversation.
