Description: Passengers have to get into the vehicle before the driver. Upon the driver entering the vehicle the vehicle is automatically locked and no one can enter the vehicle as a result.
Bug observed since: 2/5/2019

Steps to Reproduce: Have the diver get into a vehicle, then have someone enter the vehicle in which they won't be able to do so. Then repeat this but with a passenger getting in first then the driver and the driver will be able to enter the vehicle but any passengers after this point won't be able to get into the vehicle.
