Summary: I asked the 2 men to get out the vehicle for a chat. I quoted rule 2.1 while i was talking. While i was armed i asked them to exit the vehicle for further questions about a previous rp that this car was seen in by a witness. They jumped out of the car with uzi's and shot me down. I'm not sure what the reason was either.

Situation was handled ingame, but I'll copy out notes here.

From their perspective, you were stood outside the vehicle, had stated "this vehicle is wanted in connection with a kidnapping". They were both armed whilst inside the vehicle. You then ordered them out, at which point you ended up getting shot. I didn't class this as a breach of 3.1

Furthermore, this wasn't a breach of 2.1, under the rule clarifications.
Quote:If you are sitting inside a car and have a weapon in your hands, you can still be placed under FearRP (unless car bulletproof, bulletproof cars make you immune to FearRP, note that cars that are sort-of bulletproof do not count for this.) You must remain in the car and obey orders of whoever has you under FearRP. If you cannot be seen ICly by the person who has the car at gunpoint, you aren’t under FearRP and can get out of the car.* When you get out of the car, you remain under FearRP if you were previously under FearRP regardless of where glitchy seats may have ejected you in, but not if you had weapons equipped (in which case you get out with a weapon already out, therefore you become immediately immune to FearRP by the rule and did not break it as you did not consciously switch weapons while under FearRP).

My apologies at the waste of time creating this thread, but it was handled ingame, though it may not have been clearly communicated as I was distracted.
