Yikes. Having a read of this thread brings up some points, someissues, and really should be opened up for further discussions, rather than meme responses; lets go.
I also want to prefix this by saying, I don't hold grudges. I look at histories, and have to base situations off them. The difference being each situation is its own, and someone who always RDMs, might be in the right. I don't assume, I check. Then the history comes in after, when deciding what to do.
I'll also prefix this by saying some of these situations were a long time ago, and I wasn't there for all of them. My memory isn't the best, so I'll be relying on your description of events, even if their were other events / circumstances.

You want another example of that? Everyone's favourite not-an-SA. (i hope he doesn't mind me using him as a reference). He has like what, 7 applications that all got denied, simply because he doesn't hold the trust of the community. There's things he can do to repair that. Stick around, be an active, engaged community member for a few months, before applying, instead of leaving. He's learnt that, and is reintegrating back into the community, regaining the trust of people, in that role. Compare that to Reebs, who came in first time, simply because he never lost that trust. It would be comparable to dankcai applying for teacher, the guy with a reputation for repeatedly insulting people in OOC. He doesn't have the trust of the community, even if he thinks he'd be better than the current team.

The situation came down to one staff member misreading a situation, and the others not being fully informed.
The same way people get punished for doing shit to anyone.
You're not special here.
We won't punish people for saying "mom" near you, the same way we will punish people who are blatently insulting you.

It could also be said "to protect you from a rule breach".
Redirecting an RP to allow it to continue without breaking rules is a much harder skill than simply stopping anything and killing any chance for... Anything.
I do it. Respawning individual players breaching NLR without halting entire raids. Removing parts of doomforts without halting the raid (then speaking to the players after).
It might seem unfair, but ultimately, for you, would 10 minutes of RPing and possibly losing a role be better than 20 minutes sat on a roof, before possibly losing a role anyway?
Haven't been banned for a long time? Generally you stay unbanned.
Get banned super often? Generally you get banned again.

This is a long post, and I highly recommend going into all of it for a lot of details.
Let's go through the key points, from my perspective.
First Perm - Harrassment / Threats: Valid.

Now, there's been a lot of stuff that you might dislike here. I get that.
But, I'm trying to say this from my neutral point of view.
There's nobody on LL I hate (except Blackdog, Forceghost, Nightmare, Enzyme, Temar, Faustie, Bambo, Cole, Project and anyone who has ever talked to or interacted with me).
Equally, there's nobody I'd bend the rules for.
There's people I speak to, people I'd rather speak to than not. People I work with, or play with. There is nobody I'd bend the rules to get them out of a punishment.
Zharkan, people do shit. Some people are dicks. It's the internet. Equally, that leads to you doing a lot of things.
Own up to what you do. Don't try and shift blame over. Apologise, to the people you threaten, or insult, or swear at.
Try to learn. Don't fall back into the valley. Because trust me, as someone who was described as "insutable for teacher, let alone any staff position.", and that "Internet has no qualities that make him suitable for the teacher team.".
As someone who was told, "you're known internally as a troublemaker, who flies off the handle."
You'll find that a shift in attitudes and perception? It goes a long way.
And I hope you're able to learn from this.

It could also be said "to protect you from a rule breach".
Redirecting an RP to allow it to continue without breaking rules is a much harder skill than simply stopping anything and killing any chance for... Anything.
I do it. Respawning individual players breaching NLR without halting entire raids. Removing parts of doomforts without halting the raid (then speaking to the players after).
It might seem unfair, but ultimately, for you, would 10 minutes of RPing and possibly losing a role be better than 20 minutes sat on a roof, before possibly losing a role anyway?

when wood was profitable id literally help new players make more money off wood and i had people with less than 20 hours on the game owning 3-4 cars yet im still not good enough to be a teacher /helper rank cause of my bans and punishments.. even tho i was actually RECOMMENDED by someone to apply.. so i mean u guys are the one using some "facts" in the wrong way cause those facts say NOTHING about the point that this was not treated fairly lol

Conclusion
This is a long post, and I highly recommend going into all of it for a lot of details.
Let's go through the key points, from my perspective.
First Perm - Harrassment / Threats: Valid.
Discord Ban: Valid.
Harrassment Ban: Invalid, has been removed.
Second Perm - Insulting: Valid.
Watch Thread: Overlewd was fine with what he said. I stepped in later.
Now, there's been a lot of stuff that you might dislike here. I get that.
But, I'm trying to say this from my neutral point of view.
There's nobody on LL I hate (except Blackdog, Forceghost, Nightmare, Enzyme, Temar, Faustie, Bambo, Cole, Project and anyone who has ever talked to or interacted with me).
Equally, there's nobody I'd bend the rules for.
There's people I speak to, people I'd rather speak to than not. People I work with, or play with. There is nobody I'd bend the rules to get them out of a punishment.
Zharkan, people do shit. Some people are dicks. It's the internet. Equally, that leads to you doing a lot of things.
Own up to what you do. Don't try and shift blame over. Apologise, to the people you threaten, or insult, or swear at.
Try to learn. Don't fall back into the valley. Because trust me, as someone who was described as "insutable for teacher, let alone any staff position.", and that "Internet has no qualities that make him suitable for the teacher team.".
As someone who was told, "you're known internally as a troublemaker, who flies off the handle."
You'll find that a shift in attitudes and perception? It goes a long way.
And I hope you're able to learn from this.
