I paid 10 pounds for a membership, and at the time of this post, it has been almost 30 minutes.

Are you sure you haven't paid by eCheque? Sometimes it does this when you pay direct from bank account.
the payment is complete, but the reason we haven't received notification from paypal is unknown at moment, i gave him a few days membership while this is monitored to see if resolves self (paypal issue) or we have to step in
still nothing but others are working fine
no idea what went wrong for this 1
i have manually processed it and its now pending for when you next go online
