Summary: I'm about to tab out when I see the accused spawn a large prop so I decide to watch for a moment to see if they remove it when they use their phys gun to pick it up and throw is around. I then go over to the accused and ask him not to do it again as it was breaking the rules. He then goes and spawns another large prop in the middle of the road and disconnects.
