Description: Police vehicles cannot currently be lockpicked from to steal items from the vehicle, i.e. police uniforms, weapons and ammo.
Bug observed since: Now, but I believe it's been around for a while.

Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to lockpick a police vehicle, and you'll be told that it can't be stolen from.

I've experienced this for a good part of a year

I thought this feature was just removed ?

After clarification internally, it's believed to be bugged.
