Summary: So basically: baloon boy was dissrespecting others then a male started to punch baloon boy  when the fight stopped
baloon boy started disrespecting the male and started to be unfit for he's job so then i demoted him
and i got demoted right away for Arguing with he's leader and failrping
so basically balloon boy straight after he got demoted from ssa he became the Vice President
