As for the fix your attitude part, I wasn't there in the sit but by judging your attitude from another sit and the fact I had to issue an OOC BL the other day I could see possibly why Welker told you to fix it.

We don't need to show you evidence, especially in some cases where showing you contradicts our internal policies.
If you have a complaint or concern regarding a staff member's conduct, you can approach HR but I'd suggest adjusting your tone if you're going to speak to them the same way as you laid out your original post.
