Description: Properties won't always save, and often times I'll find properties that are either unregistered (even though I know they were at some point, as I set it up) or they need manually reloading with the properties command to have the GM pick it up properly.
Bug observed since: Implementation of properties system.

Steps to Reproduce: Hard to reproduce as there doesn't seem to be a clear indicator, however Mel's Diner as of 15:08 GMT suffers from this. I'm only now just fixing this with the properties command.
