Description: The cruise control just doesn't work. /cruise says it set the cruise speed but it doesn't actually do anything.
Bug observed since: Just now.

Steps to Reproduce: Hop in a car and try and set the cruise using /cruise.
Funnily enough this has occured after the cars were apparently "fixed".

Update: After turning my engine off and on the bug *seems* to have fixed itself. Very odd.
