Im not sure why You reported me becasue
A) Staff were Online
B)From what you Said the only Person that broke Rules was Julian for 'FailRP'

i didnt see you cuffing me but you searched me if i remember correctly.

Edit: and i sometimes forget that staff is online, blame my short term memory loss

It's not against the Rules to Search Someone is it?. Why were we not allowed to handcuff you anyway?

I don't really see the reason for that report as of right now.
Might be helpful to explain the whole situation with more detail.

From mine a Julians POV, We were going around Robbing Houses doing some ThiefRP. After we Decided we would rob this Certain property because it had Lots of Fine Looking cars outside. We went to the backdoor and Lockpicked our Way in, As soon as the Door opened We saw Freny and 5 Nice Looking Pots. I started moving the pots out To my Vehicle. Julian Was Keeping him under Fearrp and at some point Handcuffed him. Then I searched up, Uncuffed him and we All left

since julian was keeping me under gunpoint you could just command me to put my hands up, and from my PoV it looked like julian and you cuffed me to disarm me

It would just be normal to tie someone up and frisk him, if you fear that he might have a weapon.
Disarming someone in this situation is the right thing to do.

To me it looks like a normal everyday raid. Putting you under FearRP does not prohibit them from tying you up.

Report denied. No rule violation noted.
