Why should you be unbanned?:
Alright so I don't see why nickname and I got banned for "FailRP". Apparently it was because we were dressed as firemen, and killing cops after we tried to rob a diner. Nickname pretty much summed up the whole story so I don't see any need of me to repeat what he said, but I will bring up some key points said in the sit.
1. We were banned for FailRP which I also think nickname summed up clearly. I'll bring up a few points for that.

Moreover to "finding loopholes", though it wasn't added to my ban or extended my ban I still find that it puts me in a bad light. Apparently not owning up to the situation, not accepting the punishment, and asking questions regarding what rules I broke and the situation and explaining my actions falls under that.

Now to the stealing the car part. One of our team members had crashed & D/C so he was our getaway. I see nickname getting chased by rushi in his swat van so I loop back to the diner looking for a unlocked car. Keep in mind I don't know where nickname is, the plan was to FIND nickname and skip town in the stolen car because our getaway driver d/c. It was quick thinking and I honestly feel that it falls under proper background rp.

The staff member brought up that I "swung the car around and started to shoot at the swat officer while he was near the group of people at the casino table" or something like that. But obviously he's (the swat member) allowed to shoot at my friend who is IN the group of people and not get questioned, run over one of our team members and try to run over me. But that's not the point here. I stole the truck to find my friend and help him get away. If he's getting shot at by a swat I'm not going to leave him.

As I explained during the multiple times the reason your actions fell under FailRP was due to you being dressed as firemen playing as a gang that you had no idea what your gang was even about. Only recently (within the last 24 hours) has it been stated that your gang is based off a group from End of Watch; when I gave you multiple opportunities to answer "What your gang is about" I was informed only of it being a "National level gang" and that "We can't use real gang names."

The blacklist was removed under my request as I had a mistype for the time and didn't take into account that it would require 48 hours of active play for the ban to be lifted. In my mind (which admittedly was a little disorganized due to the constant back and forth on the situation) I was probably thinking of the ban punishment of 2 - 4 days and didn't actually catch the error with the blacklist. So I've requested the weapons BL be dropped for both of you.

As for the loopholes statement I stand behind that based on your constant questioning of my decision and you trying to rephrase my words in an attempt to use them against me. On one occasion specifically you made the statement "So you're saying if we had died by police we wouldn't be here?" when I had said nothing to that affect. Looking back I probably could have put it as a side note or used a different term but ultimately you were trying to use my statements against me.

Your story regarding the reason for theft of the vehicle and having a getaway driver keeps changing it seems. Originally if I recall he was hit or injured by SWAT or an officer. Now you're stating that the player crashed and disconnected from the server. Then you jump back and say that "no, Rushi ran over our team member" who I assume you're referencing to as being your get - away driver.

I didn't create curbside gang so yeah. But a national level gang do big operations, this was a simple diner stickup gone wrong. I can't control the outcome nor can nickname but I did what was in my ability to kill some cops and bounce outta there.

When I said "So you're saying if we had died by the police we wouldn't be here?", I said that because I felt the main reason we were brought in here was because we just killed the whole police force and almost got away with it. I could be wrong here but I felt that you had a bias for the police force side being 1. you were a cop 2. you said that "it's one sided" during the sit. So I felt that if we died at that diner nothing would've happened.

If you want a video of the comms of sourlemon saying he crashed and then in the chat saying he timed out let me know. Yes I saw him get run over by an officer in a swat van. I really don't want to ask for logs but logs would prob show him becoming roadkill.

After speaking with fellow staff members and considering the circumstances the FailRP ban still applies and will not be removed from your record. This is based off the misuse of the firefighter uniforms (which ultimately was confirmed as intentional) and the purchase of the apartment at random by Nickname.

I will review the bans for both of you and make sure everything is documented appropriately to ensure there is no confusion if the bans were reviewed in the future.
