Summary: I was driving along Railway when I had seen The Police Chief being surrounded by 2 men so I pulled over to support him. I take up position so that I have my eyes on both of the men who were surrounding my colleague when one of them moves away from the situation and hides behind my vehicle. I move up to Fat Tumor and see he has a lockpick and immediately I put him under gunpoint and tell him to put his hands up multiple times and he doesn't comply so I proceed to taze and cuff him. While doing this, Isucc comes over and picks up Fat Tumor and tries to run with him. Isucc is also put under gunpoint and fails to comply. After this Fat Tumor gets up and again fails to comply under gunpoint. I know that Isucc received a ban towards the end of the situation however, I'm not sure if the admin at the time had seen the full situation.
