This happens often when I log in and I'll have to restart the game in order to get the normal HUD back. Always have to do it only once so that I can have the normal HUD but today I had to restart the game 3 times. Basically, you cannot see the name, money or location on your HUD, and health, stamina, oxygen, flashlight are low when you've just spawned. Also shows the NLR timer on top stuck at 1 minute and Lockdown.

Nope, was on the loading in tab the whole time
Are you on any beta versions of gmod? Are you playing on fullscreen, borderless windowed or windowed?

Nope and I play on fullscreen

On topic, there isn't much we can do for you, you are not the only one affected and Development is already aware of the issue, the only fix I have heard of, is to restart your game completely.
Once I get back off leave, I'll write in a new HUD reload command.
