Summary: A member of my clan was running down the road on the opposite side of the road of which Marklund was driving on then Marklund pulls over across to the other side of the road to CDM my clan member. As you can see from the video Marklund pulls his vehicle across from the right lane to far left of the left lane taking Spag out intentionally.

They don't have a forums account so they won't be able to respond, so I'll conclude this report now.

The player will receive a blacklist from vehicles for 3 hours for CDM, since he failed to call either staff or EMS after the incident, giving the suspicion it was intentional.
