Summary: I'm being followed by someone so I turn around to flee and Not Rhys comes and rams right into me. I've never seen any cop put his own life in danger to stop some criminal whos done petty crime. Blowing up my car and putting me into an injured state. It's failRP

You were seen recklessly driving by me and another player (@I Too Have an Uncle) with a possible involvement in another in-character situation. Now given the way you were driving and your speed, I decided to make such approach to have you slow down and eventually stop but instead you kept at speed and crashed into my vehicle and luckily did not die.
Once you were revived by a paramedic, you were also cuffed given your driving and decided to search and breathalyze you as to see if you had any alcohol in your system and to verify if you had any weapons which indeed you had (will upload screenshots of what console says later).

1. you got any video evidence of reckless driving because i would love to see it.
2. im not posting a pr on the arrest, im posting pr because of the failrp i saw from you. pulling infront of a car and putting me into an injured state and putting yourself in harm isnt the best way to handle that situation. a spike strip or something like that would have been a better alternative then cutting infront of me like a mong and blowing me up. Not to mention you did the same thing again later, but i didnt record that.

*Involved* We had reports of you mugging someone on US 54 so i was heading there when I spotted the vehicle that matched the description so I started following, I called in for some backup to assist me on the stop then I was going to cut you off when you carried on down main st (where the video starts) but you had turned round.

Thank you all for your concern. I understand that the late turn of the van made it very hard to stop or avoid it. Therefore crash was almost inevitable. Yet with a quick reaction a head on crash could have been avoided.
I dont think however that the intention of that maneuver was to crash you vehicle rather then it was ment as an agressive stop what was believed a possibly armed suspect. The execution of that maneuver though was little sloppy and your reaction to it a little delayed. Therefore it appears to be an unfortunate accident caused the late reaction of both sides (Not Rhys turning just a few meters ahead of you, and you not hitting the breaks).
I understand that this put you in a bad position, as well that it may be tempting to pull risky maneuvers in a armoured van. Please be a little more cautious on both sides.
