Summary: There was a man who walked front of a car injuring himself, endangering the traffic and jaywalking. I made a warrant, but the president denied it, so I was about to warn him but suddenly DarkosNL tranqulizes me for no actual reason. Then he just kills me.

Evidence: https://youtu.be/CENIYE-Gtb8
The man shown in the video was a Clan Member of mine you where about to arrest a member of my crime family what else would happen? BTW: i did not shoot the tranq.
That is not a valid reason to kill. I've been told that many times + how did you know he was getting arrested? Maybe using discord to metagame?
Maybe because i look out my window.
If I'm not involved then I shouldn't really be posting, because I know I'm going to get warned for this.

Ok, (and I am not going to be mad? :>)

But the point is that just because I am arresting his clan member isn't a valid reason to kill. There is so many other ways to handle the situation. For example taking me as a hostage. It is just bad RP to instant kill just because a clan member is getting arrested.
Alright, so upon some further digging, I've discovered the following:

* As originally suggested, Darkos was not the one to tranq. This was in fact .
* had an invalid job title to engage. It was set to Citizen.
* Darkos was the one who made the kill.

Please could someone inform that the conclusion of this PR will now involve him.

I'm not sure why Vatipaa was immediately killed. Your a crime family, not ruthless killers. Surely you'd want to avoid unnecessary bloodshed, no? Taking him hostage and trying to negociate his release would have been much better, especially considering you initially tranq'd him down. It would have been extremely easy to move him to a nearby house and sort it out from there.

I was just about to uncuff him as the president did deny the warrant (as seen in the video). I was about to warn/fine him but unfortuenally I got tranqed.
Well we watched you for a while waiting to uncuff him but you didn't so we took action.
In our perspective we just see one of our high ranking clan members getting cuffed.
You gotta know that we where RPing as a crime family and those aren't exactly the nicest people.

I understand but leaving a cop live and bring the whole family indanger isn't really smart idea aswell so we had to make the descission ASAP.

I think attempting to arrest or giving a warning isn't "bringing the whole family in danger"

No, but you could have very easily moved him off the street, spoke with him a bit and determined where you stood. If you felt at that point it was appropriate to kill him and deal with loose ends, then I wouldn't have a problem but you took almost 0 time to determine what you were going to do. He was going to be released, had you guys not decided to tranq and then kill him. There was no need to intervene.
