Alexandro Rodrigez Valez / 'Shaun Lopel'

Alexandro was raised in a rural village in Sinaloa, Mexico in 1979 and was raised by his mother Marcela 'Gabriella' Valez for the majority of his youth. For the majority of his youth he grew up around the numerous Cartel's of which operated in the areas, working throughout the harshness and demand for soldiers to fight against the Governing Officials of the country at the time. Though growing up through the earlier stages of the Cartel's formulation, Alexandro found himself particularly good at his speech-craft rather than mercenary work.

In his early teens he was given the nick-name by his peers of 'Boca de Plata' which translates to 'Silver Tongue', as he was able to talk him or his friends out of many sticky situations. This trait grew as he also grew old enough to be of business quality for the Sinaloa Cartel, he did not directly involve himself in the production of drugs for the Cartel or the distribution, Alexandro found himself working along side a distribution of arms for the corrupted federal government at the time of 1997 to provide armaments for the Cartel's operating in the area or the state itself. In his words he found that the drug business was far to 'stingy' and 'rivaling' to operate appropriately.

Growing up, Alexandro found himself a lust for the arts of dramatic approaches or stage acting and so attempted to persue his dreams of becoming an actor on the big screen and for Mexico. With his 'silver tongue' he was able to land many small time roles in the local communities around Sinaloa; picking up the stage name to match the ties of the increasing American idols; 'Shaun Lopel'. With his stage name he became far more infamous around his peers. Though now persuing his small time career of an actor, he remained entirely dedicated into helping the Cartel's succeed through numerous ups and downs in the career that came about. His approach and hand in the dealing of arms became far more stern and efficient with he now in a leading position for the arms company.

In the year 2000, the arms company became compromised and so did many who worked within it's ranks, a military operation was carried out to destroy the key source of weapons for the Cartel's, carried out by an esteemed Sergeant by the name of Jon Riviado, destroying the arms company for certain. However, 'Shaun Lopel' and numerous of his associates were able to escape and inform the Cartel of this now growing threat of the Government cutting at their ties. 'Shaun Lopel' with blessings of the Cartel's lower leadership was sent on missions to then counter the incoming Government strain on the arms companies, only to find heavy resistance.

After many months of battling the Governing officials and their lock down of the Cartel's weaponry, 'Shaun Lopel' provided an alternative idea to fool the infamous Sergeant Riviado, with a 'Trojon Horse'. 'Shaun Lopel' gave himself up to the Sergeant as to give information for his cause. Proving to be most efficient and accurate with his information, the Sergeant began to trust 'Shaun' with information to the point of careless thought. It was at this moment 'Shaun' set a trap to kill both the Sergeant and his forces in one single swoop, with 'Shaun' himself killing the Sergeant for his intervention.

The headlines, even to this day show that Sergeant Riviado, along side his men were killed by the 'Valez' family, which of-course made 'Shaun Lopel' a wanted man. For this reason he chose to go into hiding, and escape Mexico via his stage name. To this day his stage name is used, and to this day he remains in ties to his former Cartel.

Present:

Shaun Lopel now works along-side Druggo Mike and the Temuto Brotherhood to carry out crimes across Rockford, though the heat is at a continuing rise as his ranks grow, as does his popularity with the Government. One thing is for sure however, his Silver Tongue has not vanished, nor has his wittiness to get away with his crimes. He is rumored to be responsible for numerous of the greater crimes in Rockford, though this has not yet to be proven.

Shaun Lopel hosts himself around malt whiskey and Mexican cigars as he contemplates about his future decisions, though his old habits remain with him from his life in Mexico. He is responsible for the company 'Temuto and Sons', a gun shop with imported guns from his former occupation and financial providers.
