Your Name: Amy Zharkan

Issued by: [L²:M]  Welker
Blacklist ID: 77097

Server: CityRP

Why should you be unblacklisted?: Well basically we were 4 ppl on including me and welker, 2 guys were looking at my house which was empty, I had just bought a tesla earlier that night... was testing it in reverse... died... made an @ call and welker was afk... so I spawned beside it anyways so I toolboxed it and moved on he returned when I had 2 mins left of NLR and asked so I told him he blacklisted me for NLR breakage but then again I mean we were 4 ppl on and it was victimless not like I broke it to kill or anything anyways to further prove he was afk... My car fell into the ocean as we were talking in pms.. i made an @ call about my game freezing and car flew off cliff into water.. he never came so i said in pms great i guess ill walk home.. he never replied since.. guessing he went afk so my car was in the water and i walked around and did 1 hour of my 2 hour blacklist time but I am on probation although I was wrong I don't feel like it was right to like blacklist me for it... I mean it wasn't serious... and he was afk.. It honestly ruined my day and if I end up getting perm banned again over this it'll really be annoying because I have been disrespected many times OOC and I never replied to not get banned again but then some people get on and just insult the server and didn't get anything for it.. I will leave that for the staff but I don't find it fair to just catch certain cases to actually take action.
Evidence: None needed.
The staff-members have received your unblacklist-request, zharkan16.

It will take a while for it to be reviewed.
Hi Zharkan,

Regardless of the player count the rules are there for a reason and have to be followed. I didn't respond to the initial @ call due to being AFK yet you took it upon yourself to break NLR regardless.

I did say it was a victim-less action yes, in context we were discussing the fact you were on probation and I said I am not going to perm you for such a minor infraction that had no victims, this does not mean I am not going to enforce the rule breakage.

Anything beyond this is irrelevance to the case. Not sure why you're trying argue I was AFK, yes I was but that has nothing to do with anything whatsoever. In future I suggest you refer to rule 5.2
