Good afternoon. My apologies for the short reply before, I was having a shit.

I apologize even more in my UBR's but they get denied.
You have repeated priors, have misrepresented facts in your appeals, and repeatedly fail to show any actual improvements. The key part of an apology is learning what went wrong, and what could can improve upon. You don't get through a suspension by continuing to break rules.

I've spoken to the accused staff member about this situation.
Speak with me too then about the situation that got me permanently banned?
You always have the option to make an appeal. From what I recall, you were repeatedly spoken to prior to the situation too. A staff report is not like an ingame violation. It's like a player report. You have to get information from both sides.

What improved since apr 12, 2018, 02:11 AM? You stopped an administrator from breaking obvious rules by smashing someone on a wall while they're injured?
An administrator accidently breaking a rule due a system which doesn't work well, who apologised and has taken more care to ensure such a situation doesn't happen again in the future.

He didn't, so much for that addition.
Again, a key part is learning how to improve. In the future, I know that if this situation happens again, which I hope it does not, I should apologise there and teleport them back.

Which means that it's completely fine and there were no mistakes or violations? So much for that argument.
Mistakes were made. However, if this was to be brought as a report today, it would be denied. It would be in violation of the rules. I'm sure you would want to follow the rules, aye?

Bodyslam = IC? Oh well...
Yeah. Kills are generally IC, unless they occur for poor RP reasons. Accidental kills, such as CDM or this case are generally left IC, so long as an effort is made. For CDM, that involves calling a medic. Since in the case, they died, there wasn't much that could be done.

No, I just want to discuss and see what other people think about this subject. What's wrong?
Because it's a thread which came minutes after you ragequit the discord, after Nightmare told you to stop breaking the rules. It's not a discussion, it's you trying to vent your anger (which for some reason is directed at me). Chill out.

No punishments were given for bodyslamming when the staff member did it, but some people even get ban for it without priors. If it was me, I'd be banned for it no matter how much I apologized. A staff apology is more worthy than a member apology, it seems like.
I went through the past 200 bans. There are 3 which mention bodyslaming. 1 was extended as they were already banned (so had recent priors), 1 was also for RapeRP on the corpses, and 1 was also for FearRP. So you're incorrect there.
If it was a genuine mistake, and you apologised, even with your record, you probably wouldn't be banned.

He's a good developer, no question about that but it doesn't mean he can bodyslam people freely.
There has only been
one instance of that, which was a mistake and I apologised for. I don't bodyslam people "freely", so I would ask you to retract that.

the bodyslam was a accident bro
Honestly, I'm surprised. Puf managed to boil it down. You're annoyed, so you made a hit-thread.
You're only making a fool out of yourself. Stop.
