The rewards will vary and will grow as you get more days
The prizes are based on your unlocked days, so prizes will be the same for everyone but dependent on how many days you unlocked
will you be able to get all 25 days and find out what special reward is waiting on Christmas day?

1st and 2nd day is free because we didnt start early enough
You can open previous days as long as you got the playtime on that day
