Why should you be unblacklisted?:

I uploaded an entire video showing everything related this this. Check evidence.

So I was chasing a man that was speeding across the city. I eventually crashed into an officer who was driving on the wrong side of the road. I made sure to get this officer the medical treatment needed to wake up. After this, the man who was speeding around the city showed up in a new pink car (he had a tesla before). It turned out that this man was an officer, and he was probably just in a pursuit. However, the officer that was injured and then revived took out a firearm out of nowhere and started to aim at the other officer. When I was no longer in the firearm's line of sight, I drew my firearm to take control over the situation. Wesley insisted along with Night that this was FearRP. But you can clearly see in the video that the weapon was no longer aimed at me when I drew my firearm.
Anyhow, the officer lowered his firearm and went back to his police car. I called in backup and decided to get away from there along with the officer who had just been under gunpoint. Shortly, the other officer (Zxus) pulls out his firearm again and teamkills the officer who he had just had under gunpoint moments before.

Now I called for an admin sit, but me and Wesley had had a fight a few minutes before, so he responded instantly to see what he could do to fuck me over. Proof of this: 

Wesley keept talking about my "FearRP" breakage instead of what I was actually reporting. He said he was going to go on to Zxus teamkilling after he was done with the FearRP situation. I sent him a video as proof that I didn't break FearRP. I had to go shortly after this because it was late at night.

When I wake up, I see that I have recieved a blacklist for FearRP. I could however not find any punishment for Zxus teamkilling, which I found rather funny. 

This situation was so ridiculous that I had to make this Blacklist Appeal. If it weren't for all this bias, I'd just accept the blacklist. I want everyone to see this now.

Are you actually having a laugh? There is no bias in there whatsoever. What Wesley said to you was not a threat, it was common sense. You keep being toxic and breaking rules and shit, you're going to get banned. So, playing the 'ooooooo this admin is being bias because he blacklisted me' isn't the way to get yourself unblacklist.

As for the second video, can you please upload the full length one as it looks like its got a bit missing around 11 seconds.

Also, if you don't have anything else to add regarding your blacklist then I'll be concluding this.

Yes. If you watch the video I used as evidence. You can see that when I draw my weapon, the officer has his weapon on the other officer and not me. Thus no FearRP was present. I even paused the video for you to see that, not sure why you ignore it.

I've been asked to give my input on this case, so let's go.

In the first video, it fails to provide any context to what happened, as to what happened before. Considering your video starts with you replying to something said prior, you're attempting to call out a "fight", with nothing backing you up there.

Continuing, you continually bring OOC issues into an IC radio, showing a complete lack of respect for Wesley, the instructions that he as a staff member was giving you, and a lack of respect for other people in the radio who just wanted to RP. Quite frankly, with the attitude you displayed, and the fact you were literally taken off a permanent suspension last week, I am surprised you weren't banned right there and then.

In the second video, you literally say "are you pointing weapons at me", with him pointing a weapon at you, whilst you pull your own weapon.

Whilst I wouldn't like to accuse you of lying in the courthouse, I would like to remind you of courthouse rule number 6. When you've repeatedly claimed that you weren't in FearRP, when your own evidence shows that you were? Then quite frankly, if you're unable to hold your hands up to your own responsibility, claiming bias where you clearly broke the rules? I think that your permanent suspension should be reapplied.

Furthermore, there is a clear jump-cut in your second video. Whilst I'm sure that it contains nothing of interest to this case, in the interests of removing any possible bias and clearing up any possible breaches, I would like to request the full, unedited video from you ZooM, as Brynn did prior, yet you seemed to have ignored.


In conclusion,
Currently, the only breaches to the rules I can see are made by you.
I am requesting a full, unedited video showing the entire context of the situation with Wesley prior.
I am requesting a full, unedited video, due to the shortcomings in your second piece of evidence.
If this was my own blacklist appeal to close, at the current time, not only would it be denied, but the terrible attitude you've shown, failing to note anything from your permanent suspension appeal would lead me to suggest re-instating that permanent suspension.

Thanks for ur input.

I don't have the full video anymore.

The reason why I cut the video was because nothing really happened. I was just speaking to my friend. Also, you can hear me breathing weird which I would find uncomfortable showing to everyone on the forum.

The Wesley situation started with me having an OOC discussion with a few other government officials. Not sure who started it. But I sure wasn't allowed to end it.

You are considered to be under FearRP when you are in line of sight of a visibly armed person, who is within microphone range of you and is able to harm your character at that moment.

You were quite clearly within his line of sight even if the weapon was not explicitly pointed at you, therefore you were under FearRP.

With that being said, and other staff members giving input, I'll be denying this as you have had other opinions now which have strengthened the punishment. It will stand as issued.
