Steps to Reproduce: Go to the pd holding cell, second door (jail door).

With https://limelightgaming.net/services/cha...p?rev=8929, should fix the issue where the door resets to being ownable. Will take a look and fix it after Q/Aing that change.

Confirmed as fixed. Are there any other doors that are messed up like that?
