was in first person looking ahead of me, didnt see you had a gun, cant assume i was looking at you

If you drove in first person, you would've seen that he's a police officer, and the fact he told you to step out means he would have a weapon drawn, you also said "Yes Sir" while driving away acknowledging that he told you to get out the vehicle, to me this is fearRP.
Feel free to post any replies, I'll conclude this soon.

If that was the case then I could just look away from anyone with a gun and not be under fearRP. Have some situational awareness dude

Also, this rule was brought up.
"11.7: You can shoot at fleeing vehicles only if the drivers are armed and dangerous or if they are clearly a threat to citizen/officers with the way they are driving."
You shot at his car when he posed no threat towards anyone, and didn't try to endanger anyone lives.
As for Simplex, I`ll still wait on a response.

He was either a suspect in a jailbreak of a convict that had tried to murder my previously, or the actual person that tried to murder me previously. He was definitely not innocent and harmless. I believed that he was going to escape and commit another dangerous crime (which I believe he did later on against or whoever).
Google the US Supreme Court ruling on Tennessee v. Garner.

Wouldn't it be best to attempt to arrest him? The rule 11.7 still applies because he was not directly endangering someones life at that moment.

Kinda hard to arrest him when he won’t get out of the car under fearRP

Quote:@miss joley I knew it was a cop because i just saw him when i was driving on the path, when he was to the side of my car, it could of been noone else but the cop si i didnt chance it and just took off,
Not entirely sure what you are trying to say here, if you knew it was a cop asking you to get out, why didn't you? Even if it wasn't a cop, they could still have you under fearRP. Situational Awareness is very important to avoid the chances of breaking rules.

You could've started a vehicle pursuit. Shooting someone should be the last resort when it comes to policing.

Yes let me leave the guy in front of me in handcuffs alone while I chase the other dangerous guy

There was another cop there. Alternatively you could've asked the other police to pursuit it while you deal with your original suspect.

I already told that cop to go chase another suspect (at the beginning of the video) which he failed to do. I wouldn’t trust that cop to turn the damn stove off after he boiled water for his Mac n cheese
