Summary: Before I began recording the video, I had caught Geronimo, Not Enzyme, & [KFC] DankKingdom driving recklessly past the PD. They blew past the Stop Sign in a MiniVan with ELS lights on it, but only initiated the ELS after they had far passed the Stop Sign. After seeing this I began to record just in case something silly were to happen, because I had decided I was going to pursue them into stopping if I was able to get them to stop for me.

Upon stop, I had placed a spike strip in the road directly under the MiniVan to ensure that they're not going anywhere, switched over to lethal and made all 3 of them step out of the vehicle, walk over to me & put their hands up. After doing so, DankKingdom started to break FearRP while I was attempting to place him in cuffs.
"If someone switches from a gun to handcuffs/rope to detain you, FearRP still applies. "


So I had finally managed to get all of them cuffed up & began to question the driver DankKingdom if he could give me a reasonable explanation as to why he was driving so recklessly, to which he told me he was 'looking for the Jews'. I obviously wasn't going to accept that as a means to drive excessively recklessly on the roadway, knowing that this was endangering the lives of everyone on the roadway, including myself.


After finally getting the situation dealt with, I had noticed that the server was going to restart very shortly so I told them, we're going to just go ahead and wrap this up right here before the restart, because normally I will always transport every suspect to the PD appropriately, but we obviously didn't have the time to do all of that, so I was just going to arrest them on spot and make Geronimo step down from Presidency.


Shortly after I said this, DankKingdom started to resist again and start walking back purposely to take more time, with knowledge of the server restart about to be happening not long after the arrests would have taken place.


As you can see clearly from the video, I personally think this is a case of not only FearRP from DankKingdom, but also FailRP considering that the Chief was riding with the President while knowingly and blatantly breaking the law because their vehicle has ELS lighting on it, as well as DankKingdom being the driver of said vehicle, I'm not entirely sure on what his Job Title at the time was, but I'm almost certain that it wasn't anything appropriate for the actions his character was making, but that is for you to decide.

I was in the car for a short time, and i did request for them to slow down/abide however it is moderately understandable for me as he is the president and with els lights on he should be able to get to a destination fast to stop any attacks that may occur, i don't think irl i've ever seen the president or PM stop at a red light/stop sign 

Now with me being in the vehicle, i was there to support the president, i was there to also provide law enforcement in place of an ssa, wasn't a permanent thing however whilst on patrol i noticed the President was driving and i thought it couldn't hurt to assist him since we wasn't receiving many reports of crime

My only question is where did you run off to, and why? All of you prolonged the inevitable arrest, and in my opinion you guys only did so because of a server restart that was about to happen, you & Geronimo succeeded in not getting arrested solely because the server was restarted.

I ran off due to what i thought was corruption on your part, so i was hoping to find another officer or something, all i could do was hope to see an officer, due to the fact that you had the pres in cuffs too so i was powerless

Sounds worse than it is, shoulda chose a better word, however i thought the reason was unjust, and you was immediately warranting with not much time to talk, i get it that the server was reloading but we could still discuss it.

You told us the reason, however apart from the others Joking we didn't get a chance since i was laughing from dankkingdom, and they was both fairly loud, the only time you asked for a reason was from the driver, however you then warranted me and requested the president to step down

All 3 of you knew exactly why you were being arrested, you can read the warrant.
You & the President were being arrested for being an accomplice to a crime that you did nothing to stop.

Couldn't see it in the video due to the overlay, not saying we didn't know saying that we didn't get a chance to explain the reasons apart from dankkingdom's "he likes speeed"

The overlay makes no difference, when you were in-game you're telling me you didn't read the warrants?
All 3 of them were nearly identical. 
You & the President were being arrested for being an accomplice and doing absolutely nothing to stop the reckless behavior.

You also cant use the excuse that -

Considering you guys had been driving in that manner since before the video recording even began, and every second after that up until I was able to make a stop on you guys.

DankKingdom - Reckless operation of a motorized vehicle.
Enzyme - Accomplice to reckless operation while on duty.
Geronimo - Accomplice to reckless operation while also on duty.

It was roughly 20-30 seconds before the video began, i was picked up from main st. driven down to industrial and back

Also shortly before you stopped us i did instruct/ask dankkingdom to slow down and to calm down since it was doing more harm than good, the point of the start of the recording was showing reckless driving which was only displayed then and wasn't previously

Edit: Those two points could seem confusing, what i mean is that as he was getting faster and faster i started to warn/instruct him and this was shortly before him crashing and displaying reckless actions

You had every chance to get out of the vehicle and order him to stop breaking the law, but you have the nerve to act like I was being corrupt, when the only thing I was doing was ensuring safety for everyone on the roadways / sidewalks, since you obviously failed to do your job. So who really was the 'corrupt' person here? You, & the President. We can argue back and fourth all day, it makes no difference to me. The video speaks for itself.

I said that my choice of the word corrupt was in correct

I couldn't get out due to him going at high speeds i've said all i need to at this point, i can agree i could've done more however i won't accept that i did nothing, i did request to slow down and advise about the law, any longer i would've stepped in and said something however due to the fact that you stopped the car there was no need to, then when you put the president and myself in cuffs i didn't believe you were willing to have an actual conversation with dank and the president joking which in turn made myself laugh.

Edit: Please read all of my responses and points before making your own, as i make most of mine at 3am there are some errors which i typically correct after, with that being said i feel like we are both going in circles so gonna stop repeating myself and only responding when necessary
