Summary: sammyFc was proppushing/minging and attempted to prop push the ambulance up to US 64 hill so the Paramedic couldn't get to it and respond to calls. It doesn't look like he is here to RP, he is disturbing the people that want to RP in this server and it's not the first time that I've seen him violate the rules.
