Reported Players: [L²:RP] Fr!et #TeamEvo (STEAM_0:0:79363684) (

Server: Rockford

Summary: Me and Owen pointed guns at Fr!et in attempt to mug him, he didn't comply with demands and ran off whilst under FearRP. Fr!et tried to talk his way out of the fact he'd broke FearRP by saying we looked away but the video clearly shows otherwise.
Note: Sorry about the patchwork, blurry chat log, I had to piece it together with screenshots from the video.

While mugging in front of the Town Hall is not alright, as you are mugging in front of the Main Government building, it could count as FailRP.
However, even then from the video it can be seen that there is some FearRP breakages as well as a minor insult.
I'll wait for Fr!et's side
IIRC it was early hours so the police force was very shorthanded (not sure if that counts towards whether its FailRP or not to mug in front of a gov building). Either way, I apologize for any rule breakage on my end I'm new so I'm not aware of all the subtleties.
As I said in the chat they were looking at the money and I had a small gap to leave, i'm not about to argue with some person if it was FearRP or not. if it was then fine i'll take the punishment.
but if I do get punished I would like them to get punished aswell for the FailRP. you don't mug a goverment worker infront of a town hall, not even a citizen.
As I initially stated in the post, the video clearly shows Owen looking down and me retaining line of sight. Fr!et had no gap to leave and even if he did he had 2 guns (in mic range) pointed at him as he ran off. I also think someone with as much playtime as Fr!et should be more than aware of the basic concept of FearRP. Whereas me and Owen with sub 50 hours may not be aware of the subtleties of FailRP when mugging in certain areas of the map. I'd also like to say it almost seems like Fr!et didn't even know that what we were doing was FailRP as he didn't mention it at the time.

Hours have nothing to do with the rules. people with as many hours as me can still from time to time break a rule here and there.
Having low hours isn't an excuse to not get punished for not following the rules. Once you join you have to read the rules and know these rules. if you break them you break them no mather who you are or however many hours you have spent on the server.
@Fr!et I didn't expect you to reply so quickly, I've reworded my previous reply. Also, I do accept the punishment I'm simply stating that the rule about not mugging in front of government buildings isn't clearly stated, It's more of a subtlety you learn by playing the server. On the other hand, FearRP is a well-described rule with its own section. I think playtime comes into play massively in regards to getting a feel for what is and isn't FailRP, whereas simply reading the rules as you stated above would give you enough knowledge to not break FearRP in the situation me and Owen put you in.
Both players will receive a warning on mugging in a FailRP manner.
Fr!et, you were still under threat and you even insulted even though minor, which is still not acceptable.
Fr!et will receive a week ban for FearRP, he has enough experience to know what not to do as the FearRP rule is clear and on top of the FearRP he also insulted others even though minor, it's not acceptable.
