I thought so much of Rockford that I elected to establish my administration here,
in the Rockford Townhall, so thoughtfully provided by our benefactors. I've been proud to call Rockford, my home.

-01- [Vehicle Laws] (Lines: 21-27)
The vehicle laws of Rockford are quite basic and requires for common interest and thought to go in when looking at vehicles.
-01a- Trabant vehicles are to be searched under entry of any government checkpoint for safety checks.
-01b- Any Lamborghini vehicle that is impounded will be impounded permenantly. Impound fee restricted.

We ask that Rockford Civilians follow the traffic system that we have set as it allows the city to be safer.
In Rockford, we have a lot of set speed laws to make sure that people are caught without failure.
These limits are set as they are to allows for reckless driving to be tackled down.
-02a- Inner City: 20mph
-02b- Outer City: 35mph
-02c- Jaywalking is illegal.
-02d- All basic traffic laws apply. SOME are listed below:
- Stop at checkpoints, even if not official government accompanied.

-03c- Enforcement must follow traffic laws unless they have a reason to skip them.
- This only being show if the Officer has his light on.
-03d- Reckless Driving from Enforcement that is not involved in Pursuit will lead to termination.
-03e- All sentences to jail will be 15 years (7.5 years for donator).
-04- [Rockford Black Marketing] (Lines: 51-57)
Here in Rockford, we attempt to keep Black Market Trades to a minimal due to the dangers of drugs and illegal items.
-04a- The act or use of any meth related substance is deemed for termination under Rockford contract. (Arrest)
-04b- Contraband such as Money Printers and Drug Labs are againist the Administration Policy.
-04c- Any Blacklisted or Black Market Weed substance is grounds for arrest.

Rockford is a land for lovely creative artitects, supporting them in developing a great advanced Rockford.
-05a- High Walls that are higher than average fence length are able to take action againist.

-05d- Blocked Windows that are clearly shown as blocked will result in action.

Due to recent American State Laws, we have decided to have warnings placed on any types of photography.
-06a- Civilians taking pictures of others several times can lead to a warning or action being taken.
-06b- Ignoring the law will lead to failure to comply.
-06c- Special Cameras listed below are allowed but on a minimal level:
- Selfie Camera
- Cinematic Camera
-07- [Lockdown Protocols] (Lines: 75-93)
During a lockdown, there are a few protocols that you must follow.
-07a- You must return to a building or shelter.
- If you do not own a building or shelter, you are asked to leave the city or
- Public stores and shelters are reasonable until the lockdown is over.
-07b- The Townhall will be off-limits to all non-government personnel.
- Anyone doing any suspicious actions around the Townhall will be cuffed and questioned.
- All awaiting meetings will be placed on delay till after the lockdown.
- Current meetings, the visitors will be placed somewhere safe to keep them out of harms reach.
- This is so the Administrator can solve the issue that has created the lockdown without distactions.
-07c- All members of the public in vehicles in the city are asked to leave their vehicles parked off the roads.
- This is to avoid damage that could increase the danger level of the lockdown.
-07d- You are asked to not run around on the streets as it will make you look suspicious.
- You may be asked or stopped if you are running around the city.
-07e- If you are out of the city during a lockdown, you are asked to not enter the city.
- This is via walking or driving. Anyone trying to escape or enter may be detained or arrested if resists are present.
-07f- If you require government attention with officials, please call 911 for support.
- Report to the governent unusual activity related to the lockdown reason if it was announced
-07g- Remember to keep your mobile device with you at all times new information and instructions during lockdown
-08- [Weaponary] (Lines: 95-102)
In Rockford, we have decided to not allow firearms into our land as we find them to get messy.
-08a- All types of firearms are illegal.
-08b- The sale, possession or visible transaction of weaponary arms are illegal.
-08c- Civilians are advised to contact the Civil Protection Force for help if in need.
-08d- Visible weaponary stores across the City and outer regions will lead to action and closure.
-08e- We have decided to allow the equipment and use of: Non-lethal weapons (Tranq Rifle) and Melee Weapons;
these are only for self defence purposes however.

In Rockford, we have extremeist groups known as Corleones and Anarchists. We have decided to have policies set for these.
-09a- The Anarchist policy of being in the city is currently: Allowed

We wish to try to allow the Identity of all citizens to be known.
-10a- Suited Masks inside the City is againist the law.
- If there is a Suited Mask in the Outer Regions, they are asked to remove it, check ID and told to not wear it.
- Military Gas Masks in the Outer Regions without permission are asked to remove and check ID and MAY told to not wear it.
-10b- Military Gas Masks inside the city is against the law. Exception of:
- Working with the Administration Team (Red Pass Required [Presidential Company])
- Permission is granted by the Administrator (Blue Pass Required [Government Worker])
