Summary: So there were multiple 911 Calls made requesting Police Attendance so when I got there with my Shotgun out, I found the accused attempting to lockpick a door and I then aim my Shotgun to him. As soon as the accused spotted me doing this, He switched weapon from Lockpick to Shotgun and proceeded to shoot me despite him being under FearRP. This violates rule -
2.1 - You are considered to be under FearRP when you are in line of sight of a visibly armed person, who is within microphone range of you and is able to harm your character at that moment. You must act afraid of armed people and life-threatening situations. You may not draw a weapon on them or attack them.
