Explain your suggestion, in detail: Fix the NPC standing position. The NPC at Fiddlers Apartment Complex.[Image: 17BCD4B8C2E698C3F4584271B2C5252DFE918DE5] 

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Its probably a bug or something, but its pretty obvious why this should be implemented/fixed.
