Description: If a player is in unloaded area anf someone places down materials it dosent apply those materials, same happens if you spawn dupes with adv materials on it or when someone joins later
Bug observed since: forever

Steps to Reproduce: put adv material textures on props, dupe them and you will see them but your friend wont

It will be reviewed as soon as possible by our Developers.

Has been a persistent problem, the advance material tool is so awesome too, just when it works lol. I'll use to make some custom builds with unique textures and on my end it'll look amazing but everyone coming by it/ in it will just see the phx tiles.

Should be fixed in Revision 8401.
