Steps to Reproduce:  Have a long user moto

That's the letter limit I  believe. We could always increase it

Possibly, it fits on the normal forum motto area.

Decrease font size ?

It's a character limit.

The one that fits is your User Title.

The motto doesn't fit as it's also apparent from the profile section
