Summary: Basically I was talking in a wired accent and then STEAM_0:1:116551935 comes up and tries to cuff me and says he thinks I am on crack which is offensive then he wrongfully tazed me and a officer whom I told to uncuff me was detained and was attemptedly warrented by STEAM_0:1:116551935.
