Steps to Reproduce: follow link https://limelightgaming.net/services/warnings/index.php or hover over Courthouse and click on warnings.

I believe it's an issue with the icon not loading, I'll see what I can do about it

As Bambo said, looks like the icon isn't loading try realoding and clearing your cookies.

Don't believe it has got anything to do with cookies, looks the same on every computer I try it on.

It's not client-side, but something to do with those pages.
