In the context of how you said it, i believe it is classed as an insult because your using it in a derogatory way.

In the context of how you said it, i believe it is classed as an insult because your using it in a derogatory way.
That makes absolutely no sense, it doesn't matter what you feel - what matters is that the word timid isn't an insult which is your whole claim here. Calling you "shy" or "quiet" isn't insulting, explain what you mean by "a derogatory way".

I shouldn't be happy that a PLAYER is leaving but I am happy that someone who repeatedly broke rules and made me and my friend's time on the server less-enjoyable has. I can call you shy or timid how ever much I want, it is an observation about the way you acted on the server (in that you frequently hid yourself behind guards and armed people) and not an insult. Have you any proof that "timid" is an insult?

Fine with me as I understand the meaning of the word you hail an insult, its you versus a word that has been used in the English language to express someone being quiet for hundreds of years at this point haha.
If we're arguing over the use of "timid", then no. That's not an insult. I will say though, you should probably stop calling people that if they're irritated because otherwise it's just borderline harassment at that point.
