Creating an event exactly like how you want it can be difficult, and as Limelight we want to make sure that your event works out as planned. The form below acts as a detail for staff, which gives us information about your event and allows us to provide better support and understand what kind of support is needed.

For information about the form, there is a general area where you fill in information about yourself and give a brief information about your event.

The last question in the first area leads to a section depending on the answer.

The rest of the questions, you can check by going through it as going through every section can get tiresome.

What are the requirements to be allowed to propose an event and what's the process to get the team to green light it?

As far as I know, anyone can host an event. You just need to have a plan (it's all explained in the guide) and you could try contacting a staff member to oversee it which shouldn't be much of a problem.
