If it took him out of the game, then it's some sort of a crash and wouldn't have said disconnected by user.

If it disconnects you, times you out, it says timed out and not disconnected by user.
Any sort of crash would do this unless you disconnected by yourself, which you state you didn't by saying that it disconnected you.
