Summary: Only me and him on the server, mugging as mechanic, attempted CDM, and when he died he respawned and when I was looking for a base he started chasing me trying to RDM me after he died.

It looks like you were in his base when he game after you.

However, you were not armed and he should have approached you.

Mugging as a mechanic, shooting at a car wrecking it because his car is better, shooting at you.

He will receive a 5 hour Weapons blacklist and a Mechanic blacklist.
