Why should you be unblacklisted?: I was accidentally blacklisted from cars permanently for the reason (CDM) when I never CDMed anyone, they got the wrong guy and I was told I have to make a unban request to be unbanned.

Also from the screenshot I can see that you are trying to spawn job exclusive vehicles. Please try other vehicles.

You tried spawning police and paramedic vehicles as a Vice President, you can't spawn those as a vice president. You were not blackisted
