As i got to the peak of the hill i slowed down looked back and saw u do a u-turn so i came back

But you didn't immediately go back, you assisted Tom and then when Auston arrived near John you turned back.

Also you were trying to reach Tom and the police officer near US 76.

I didn't turn back through us76 i went down the hill a lil bit if i remember correctly went trough industrial up to inner, I didn't help tom if i remember correctly tbh, i went back to base since i thought tom was a big boi in his hummer and that he could handle himself, however it was my initial intention to aid tom, if i had only came back when Auston first ad John at gun point (bearing in mind i would've carried on helping tom) i would've been across the map making it impossible for me to show up as quickly as i did, since i would've had to been atleast by inner shell to respond that quickly

You turned back through US 76's hospital side, close to the time when John was being tied. If you had seen Auston make a u-turn and it caused enough suspicion for you to drive straight to the warehouse through the hospital, up the cinema and straight to the warehouse, why didn't you turn back sooner if Tom was a big boi in his hummer?

Your actions are really suspicious, and seeing your discord talks in another PR, I know you guys are in constant discord connection when roleplaying together.

I think its total BS, thats just my opinion. I think you guys are lying like crazy instead of being honest for once in your lives.

I think you're running out of arguments, trying to pull anything out and now you are saying that we just did it without backing it up with evidence, I have proved to you that i didn't break meta rules and you are still carrying on stating no other evidence than its a human feature

For the meta gaming, although it is highly suspicious I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, however a second time something like this happens it'll be even more suspicious and it'll be investigated with this case in mind.

For Johns FearRP, it's obvious. He moved away while under voice orders to not move. Being blindfolded is not an excuse, it's more of a reason to follow the commands of the person who took you.

John will receive a 4 day ban.

For the vehicle stealing, I see from the logs that they've role played selling them, and even role played stealing them. Chop shops and stolen car shops like that is fine within the rules.
