By his responses, he hasn't checked them the first time. Nevermind going over them.

To conclude this request.

The Fear-RP violation is documented by solid proof. Therefore the ban wont be altered.

As for the exessive force:
In a second review of the evidence it came to my attention that i overlooked a detail that rendered the claim of "exessive force" meaningless.

As a conclusion. Your ban will be altered to only include the Fear-RP violation and your blacklist will be removed.

I apologise for the inconvenience. Yet ill have to ask for a better attitude as the one that was beeing portrayed is not supportive.

While it's understandable that my attitude was a bit off, you must understand that this could have been avoided with a second review of the evidence before the punishment was given.
